Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are issued for approved returns and cancellations.

When refunds are issued

For returns, refunds are initiated after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

For cancellations of prepaid orders that have not yet shipped, refunds are initiated once the cancellation is confirmed.

Refund method & timeline

Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to a bank account you provide, as COD payments cannot be reversed to the original mode.

COD handling fee & shipping

Shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for delivery. Any COD handling fee is non-refundable as it covers the cash-collection service already rendered.

Partial refunds

Where only part of an order is returned, or an item is returned in a diminished condition, we may issue a partial refund and will inform you of the amount.
